Letha Mahan

Letha joined Rick at the onset of Mahan Real Estate Appraisal, Inc. in 1985. Her "official" title is Office Manager, although Janitorial/Decorator might be a better description since she is responsible for "clean up" and "pretty up" of the appraisal reports and other documents being sent out. She also takes care of the accounting for the firm.
Letha's interests outside the office are varied, not the least of which are the eight grandchildren. She also loves photography, kayaking and traveling.
